So, Mary started to encourage me eat fresh Fruit and Veggies. I had to make the commitment to at least try them. Come to find out I actually enjoyed eating them. So from June til October I was exercising and eating right, Lost 50+ lbs weighed in at 290 lbs. So with this big change I decided to change another bad habit I had in my life. Tobacco use, I was using Copenhagen, almost a can and half a day. I'm proud to say that I have been tobacco free for over eight weeks. But as most people know when you give up one vice you turn to another to help compensate the craving. You guessed it, I turned to eating and I mean eating all the time. As of Jan. 13, 2011 I had put back on 30 lbs.
Now I needed something to give me a jump start in the right direction again. I have joined a group called Everybody Loses progam, it is a 12 week weight program.
