I decided to take the day off from the gym. But the day was very productive, Mary and I are continuing to work on finishing our basement. I think we are finally finished with all the framing. What has been two years in the making, we can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Since we started in the summer of 09 we have put in two bedrooms, bathroom, TV room, storage room, workroom and today we finshed framing the laundry room.
The other day after shoveling snow for what seemed like hours, I was very hungry. I wanted something fast and instant. I had to make a choice, Subway sounded great, Quizno's was close, and then there's my favorite sandwhich shop Jimmie Johns right down the road. Oh, I forgot there was also the choice of going over to my mother in-laws and having soup and salad. I was not leaning toward soup and salad, I was hungry and wanted food instantly. You guessed it we ended up at my mother in-laws for some soup and salad. I could have made a choice not to go to her house, but I knew she would really enjoy our company. I could have made a choice to eat something else, but I would have missed out on some of the best homemade chicken and veggie soup I have ever had in my entire life, it was very delicious. I'm glad I made the right choice.
Talk later off to watch my step-daughter play basketball.
