One thing they ask us to do in the Everybody Loses Program is to think of two things I am Thankful for in my life. The two things I am Thankful for in my life are:
1. My Family, I have an amazing woman in my life that loves, I have three healthy and beautiful kids, and also very smart which sometimes is a curse. lol
2. I am Thankful for my Job, not everybody can say that get to wear shorts and a t-shirt to work.
It has been a great Morning so far, I was up at 5:00 a.m. headed to the gym for a little Cardio, 45 minutes on the treadmill. I felt good this morning not as sore as Monday or Sunday. One of the biggest obstacle's for me is getting rid of the Soda. I'm not to sure how many of you have an addiction to caffeine but it can be mean to your body when you are trying to quit. As I sit here writing, I have a head ache from not drinking soda today. my goal is to be soda free, as soon as I can.
And speaking of Goals, I think It should be appropriate to share some of my goals with you.
1. To be under 225 lbs. I think this a realistic weight for me. Now If it goes lower then it goes lower no complaints.
2. To get off my High Blood Pressure Med. I have spoken with my Dr. recently, he said If I get down to 275 lbs I can come off the meds.
3. To be more active with my Family. I enjoy my family time, I enjoy the physical activity with my kids.
4 . To look Healthy and Fit. Especially for Mary.
