This Morning's Weigh-in

At last weeks intial weigh-in I was at 319.8 lbs.  This Morning I weighed in at 308.0 lbs.  Thanks to everybody who has been encouraging me.  I will continue to keep Ya'll (my southern roots coming out) posted. 

Mary, has hidden the scale from me.
