First let me say Thank You, Thank You and Thank You to all my friends and family who have taking there time to read my blog. It is very encouraging to see how many of you have stopped by to read my thoughts while I'm on this personal journey to over come my weight problem.
I've had an amazing, awesome, wonderful, incredible, and beautiful day!!!!!!! I was up and ready to go at 5:00 a.m.. while at the gym I continued my circuit training. I'm excited about learning new exercises that give me a total body workout. Whoever thought of the kettle bell routines is a genius. I'm looking forward to just cardio in the morning.
I'm learning that it just as important to be Mentally fit as it is to be Physically fit. Have you ever met a personal trainer that is angry or mad all the time? (Jillian Michaels does not count, she is sooooo HOT). Having a postive mind set before, during, and after a workout is going to determine how well you perform that day. Think about it how many Fat people do you know that do Yoga or Meditate, I can not think of one, I'm sure there is some I just don't know them.Whether it is in the gym, at work, and more importantly with your family, thinking positive will dictate the outcome. You know the old saying, "you are what you eat" well here is a new one, "you are what you Think."

That is so true Tim! And even though Jillian is tough, she does have a good attitude of never giving up. Keep it up! She doesn't take any excuses either!
